Walt Disney World Resorts

When you go to Walt Disney World you never have to leave the magic. I always suggest to people I help with planning to stay onsite. The same ambiance you feel in the parks spills over into the resorts at Walt Disney World. They carefully pay attention to the wondrous details and storytelling at the resorts as well. You will love hearing the music piped through the resort and the resort grounds. Even the animals like the birds, ducks and squirrels you see seem to be part of Disney.

One of my favorite resorts because of the story it tells is Port Orleans Riverside. POR (for short) has the legend of the Ol’ Man Island (the main pool). Check out the sign in front of the main pool telling about his tale. I don’t like to give away all the Disney secrets in detail because when you go for the first time I know how exciting it is to be on the look out for something not knowing exactly in detail what is. I will just give you a bug in your ear to go look for it and discover it yourself!

Walt Disney World has a resort for every budget. They call them Value Resorts, Moderate Resorts, Deluxe Resorts and Deluxe Villas. I plan to go through each resort on my blog. The first category I will list will be Value Resorts. I am very excited to learn more about these resorts because I will be staying at my first Value Resort in April 2012. I have stayed in Moderate and Deluxe Resorts in my past Disney trips.

I have never been disappointed in a Disney resort and I know whichever Value Resort I choose it will not let us down! Here is a preview of what the post will be about.

~See you real soon!

~*Welcome to My Happy Place*~

Hello! My name is Ingrid. I am a Disney lover. This blog is for you and me. We are those people who think of Disney most of the day, hum a Disney tune while cleaning the house, plan Disney trips a year in advance.
But I also want this blog to a welcoming mat to those that are curious, first timers and especially those that think Disney just is not obtainable to them. I love to talk Disney to families that have never been before. I hope to spark that passion that I have for Disney in others.
So "Please, stand clear of the doors" (monorail) and enjoy your ride!
